Zatímco její knihy těší generace dětí po celém světě, Beatrix Potterová
si svůj vlastní příběh držela pečlivě pod zámkem. Miss Potter je
okouzlující love story inspirovaná životem a láskou světoznámé
spisovatelky Beatrix Potterové. Beatrix Potterová byla literárním
fenoménem začátku 20. století. V době, kdy mladé dívky její společenské
třídy měly v plánu se dobře vdát, se Beatrix stala ikonickou postavou.
Vytvořila sérii knih a postav, které jsou stejně oblíbené dnes, jako
byly před sto lety, a které se od svého vydání nikdy nepřestaly
prodávat. Beatrix byla nadanou malířkou a její botanické kresby byly
využity společností Royal Horticultural Society v Kew Gardens (kresby
jim prodala pod mužským pseudonymem). Mimoto skoupila v Lake District
ohromné pozemky, které přenechala organizaci National Trust, a
zachovala tak tuto panenskou přírodu pro budoucí generace. To je její
odkaz, to je její příběh…
