Ben “Finn“ Finnegan (Matthew McConaughey) je posadnutý nájdením
legendárneho kráľovninho vena – 40 truhlíc plných pokladov, ktoré sa
stratili v mori ešte v roku 1715. Pri jeho hľadaní je ochotný urobiť
všetko, vrátane svadby s Tess (Kate Hudson). Tá pracuje na super
jachte, ktorú vlastní milionár Nigel Honeycutt (Donald Sutherland) a je
dôležitou súčasťou Finnovho plánu. Teraz mu už nič nezabráni v ceste za
pokladom. Využije svoj prirodzený šarm, presvedčí boháča a jeho dcéru a
vyplavia sa za dobrodružstvom. Ale nie sú jediní, ktorí sa vybrali
hľadať poklad.
